Products, Services, Technical Specifications and other Information (All Content)
As all of our products are custom and manufcatured to customers' specifications, their sale is final. Returns and subsequent refunds are therefore not an option regardless of any underlying reason. Any merchandise must be scheduled for delivery or picked up within (30) Thirty calendar days of completion and/ or notice of shipment. In case merchandise is not scheduled for delivery or picked up we reserve the right to apply storage charges of no less than $100.00 (one hundred US Dollars) per calendar day depending on the size of the shipment/ crate. Such charges are to be added to the final invoice or a separate invoice maybe issued if so required. If Merchandise is not scheduled for delivery or picked up within (90) calendar days of completion and notice of shipment, such merchandise is considered abandoned and maybe sold to anybody. Original buyer relinquishes any property rights to such merchandise after these (90) calendar days. Any information, product, service or other offering as well as product specifications, prices, options and related information are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical or other errors on this website.
On occasion we will compare our products with similar or similarly looking products in the market. Statements made about comparative pricing are based on quotes received for such products from third parties. As any market price is subject to change, we are not responsible for updating such quotes or change in prices if any.
